NMC Revises NEET PG 2024 Schedule Due to Elections
The National Medical Commission (NMC) has recently announced a revision in the schedule for the NEET PG 2024 examination. The change in dates is due to the upcoming elections in several states. The NEET PG 2024 exam, which was initially scheduled to be held on June 8, will now take place on June 23.
Reasons for the Schedule Change
The decision to revise the NEET PG 2024 schedule was made in consideration of the logistical challenges posed by the elections. Conducting a nationwide examination requires extensive planning and coordination, and the presence of elections can significantly impact the availability of resources and facilities.
The NMC, in consultation with the concerned authorities, evaluated the potential conflicts that could arise between the examination and the electoral process. To ensure a smooth and fair conduct of both events, it was deemed necessary to reschedule the NEET PG 2024 exam.
Impact on Candidates
