Subharti Mahotsav–2026 Illuminated by the Spiritual Resonance of Sanatan Bhajan Samagam and the Melodious Sufi Night

Under the aegis of Subharti Mahotsav–2026 organized at Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University, a grand series of cultural, literary, sports, and spiritual programs was witnessed, vividly reflecting the university’s national character, cultural commitment, and holistic educational philosophy. The week-long celebration, held from 16 to 21 February, provided a vibrant platform for youth energy through sports competitions, debates, mock parliament, poetry symposium, wall painting, mehendi art, fashion show, and gala evening, while the Sanatan Bhajan Samagam and Sufi Night created a divine atmosphere of spiritual consciousness.


Organized under the inspiring guidance of Dr. Atul Krishna, Founder Chairman of the Subharti Group, and the leadership of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Himanshu Aeran, the festival strengthened the tradition of harmonizing education with culture and national spirit. Dean Student Welfare Dr. Neetika Kaushal played an active role as Acting Secretary, ensuring the successful execution and coordination of all events.
The Sanatan Bhajan Samagam held during the festival filled the entire campus with devotional fervor. The program was graced by Chief Guest Ritu Khanduri Bhushan, while Sahdev Singh Pundir attended as the Guest of Honour.
On this occasion, Dr. Atul Krishna, Founder Chairman of the Subharti Group, stated in his intellectual address that, “Sanatan culture is not merely a religious tradition, but the ideological foundation of nation-building. Through education, values, and social responsibility, we must connect the new generation to their roots while moving forward with modernity. When the youth becomes conscious of their cultural identity, India will move strongly toward becoming a global leader.”


Chief Guest Ritu Khanduri Bhushan said in her address, “Today’s daughters are proving their capabilities in every field. We must provide them with more opportunities in the mainstream. At the same time, boys in society also have a responsibility to adopt respect, cooperation, and sensitivity in their conduct to create a balanced and safe environment. Only then can the vision of a strong society and a strong nation be realized.”
Guest of Honour Sahdev Singh Pundir stated, “Sanatan tradition conveys the message of unity, discipline, and social harmony. Such congregations serve as a powerful medium to connect society and develop positive thinking among the youth.”
Among those present were Dr. Atul Krishna, Founder of Sanatan Sangam Nyas; Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Himanshu Aeran; Special Duty Officer Mr. Balwant Vohra; Director Dr. Jeevan Asha; Trustee Member Mr. Amit Jain; Mr. Purushottam Bhatt; Dr. Lokesh Tyagi; Dr. Rajesh Tiwari from the Department of Culture; Dr. Ravindra Pratap Singh; and many other distinguished dignitaries. The speakers highlighted the ideals of Sanatan Dharma, cultural heritage, and the values of national unity. Devotional songs, hymns, and spiritual presentations filled the gathering with divinity.
The most attractive segment of the festival was the Sufi Musical Night, in which internationally acclaimed artist Sanawar Ali Khan and Mohammad Shahrukh, Director of Tansen Music Academy, Dehradun, mesmerized the audience with their performances. The evening, adorned with Sufi kalaam and soulful melodies, resonated with messages of love, unity, and spiritual harmony. A large number of university family members, faculty, and students were present at the event.
The Fashion Show organized by the Department of Fine Arts and Fashion Design showcased the harmonious blend of Indian tradition and modernity through student-designed attire. Conducted under the patronage of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Himanshu Aeran and Pro-Vice-Chancellor Dr. Desh Deepak, the show presented an excellent example of creativity and professional skill. The audience appreciated the participants’ presentation and aesthetic sense.


CEO Dr. Pradeep Kumar Sharma, Registrar Mr. Khalid Hasan, Administrative Officer Dr. Ravindra Pratap Singh, APD Dr. Lokesh Tyagi, Dean Academic Mr. Manmohan Gupta, along with all Deans, Heads of Departments, Principals, and faculty members were present during the programs.
Subharti Mahotsav–2026 proved that the university is not only a center of academic excellence but also a vibrant platform of national unity, cultural diversity, and spiritual harmony. With the melodious flow of Sufi music and the divine resonance of Sanatan bhajans, Subharti once again left a powerful impression of its national character and cultural leadership.
