Letter to the Foreign Secretary
In a letter to the Foreign Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs, HRD Secretary Amit Khare said, “The National Testing Agency (NTA) has decided to construct one more centre city in Dubai in addition to the one previously created in Kuwait city during the year 2021.”
“This is something that the Indian community in the Gulf countries should be aware of. I’d also like it if the Indian embassies in Kuwait and Dubai were urged to offer the NTA their full support in conducting the exam in a fair and secure way “Added he.
Benefits for Indian Students
The limits enforced in the second wave have caused problems for several students who were studying overseas but are now stuck in India owing to the Covid-19 epidemic. The federal government has agreed to assist students in this situation.
If Indian students studying abroad are currently stuck in India owing to Covid-19 restrictions or have other comparable concerns, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has asked them to contact their OIA-II Division.
A large number of students will benefit from this. Apart from all this, the most important thing that candidates will get is about their health care. As one more institution has been added, there will be more social distancing and all the candidates are requested to follow the government instructions as per the rule. Candidates should wear masks and hold a sanitizer due the pandemic. The organization that conducts the exams holds every measure to safeguard the students. So from looking at every side, Indian students will benefit a lot from the Government decision.
