Roshan Gandhi conferred with ‘India’s Most Impactful School Leader’ award

NEET Bulletin (Bureau, Lucknow ): Chief Executive Officer of City Montessori School, Mr Roshan Gandhi has been conferred with the ‘India’s Most Impactful School Leader’ award bringing fame to the CMS fraternity. Mr Roshan Gandhi has been presented this honour by Indian Principals’ Network (IPN Foundation) for his exemplary leadership in the field of education. He was felicitated as India’s most impactful school leader at a honouring ceremony held online at Zoom app recently. Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that the 397 school leaders from across the country had been nominated for this very prestigious award, out of which, the jury members selected 27 school leaders after a rigorous assessment procedure. Mr Roshan Gandhi was among these 27 school leaders.

            Mr Sharma further added that a pass out of Oxford University, London, Mr Roshan Gandhi has emerged as a youth icon and has earlier been felicitated by many other educational organizations as well, for his exceptional leadership skills. He has introduced a number of educational reforms for students at all levels including extensive use of technology for education. It is due to Mr Gandhi’s farsighted vision that the teaching-learning process did not stop even for a single day at CMS during the pandemic. With Mr. Gandhi’s effort, the CMS E-learning Department was established much before the corona crisis. This department mobilized all teachers and students to become well trained in the use of various important educational applications and as soon as the lockdown began, CMS was all set to conduct classes online. Mr. Sharma said that with his impactful leadership and innovative ideas, Mr. Roshan Gandhi is leading the school towards technological and educational advancement.
