Grand Valedictory Ceremony of Six-Day Girls Employability Skill Training Program at Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University

On 31 March 2026, the Certificate Distribution and Award Ceremony of the Girls Employability Skill Training Program, organized under the CSR initiative of Mahindra & Mahindra Pride Classroom, was successfully held with great enthusiasm at Lalitaditya Auditorium, Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University.

This six-day program, conducted from 25 March to 31 March 2026, focused on equipping students with employability-oriented skills, professional competencies, and the confidence required to become self-reliant.

The Chief Guest of the valedictory ceremony was the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Himanshu Aeran. His presence added great dignity to the event. In his address, he remarked:
“It is truly encouraging to see young women actively developing their capabilities and preparing themselves for the future. Such training programs not only impart skills but also strengthen confidence and leadership qualities. I urge all students to effectively utilize what they have learned and set new benchmarks in their lives.”
His inspiring words deeply motivated both the students and the audience.

During the six-day training program, trainers Naveen Thapliyal, Rita Bisht, Manish Negi, Nikita Sharma, and Aman Kumar guided the participants across various domains, including employability skills, digital literacy, communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and self-presentation. Their practical approach and mentorship significantly enhanced the professional capabilities and confidence of the students.

At the ceremony, students were awarded certificates and prizes in recognition of their successful completion of the program. They also showcased their learned skills, reflecting remarkable creativity, confidence, and competence.

The Vice-Chancellor, Himanshu Aeran, also appreciated the dedicated efforts of the organizing team. He extended special congratulations to Ms. Uma Bohra, Dr. Manju Jethi, Ms. Shikha, Ms. Pooja, Ms. Surbhi, and the entire team for their commitment, hard work, and excellent coordination.

The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Dean Academics Prof. Manmohan Gupta, Dean Arts & Social Sciences Dr. Imran Khan, faculty members from various departments, and a large number of students. The guests appreciated the efforts of the participants and extended their best wishes for their bright future.

This program proved to be a significant initiative in empowering young women with employability skills, fostering self-reliance, and preparing them to face future challenges with confidence.
