Petition filed at SC to remove a physics question and then declare results:- A group of candidates seeking admission in various medical courses appealed in court to remove a physics question and then again declare the results. The case was heard on 24th November, 2021 before Justice Dhananjaya Yeshwant Chandrachud.

The candidates complain that physics question number 2 hindi translation was wrong and there was no mention of ‘amplitude of current’ which was present in the english question paper. Because of this the answer of hindu students became wrong.

Conclusion:- The NEET 2021  information bulletin states that if any question’s translation is wrong then the English version of the question is considered to be final. This marking is also done on the same day. Under such circumstances the decision of NTA is considered final. The petition says that the future of candidates is affected because of NTA’s fault.
