NEET UG 2025 Exam Date: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to announce the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) anytime soon. Once released the NEET UG Exam Dates 2025 will be added here. Every year, the NEET exam is conducted in May and based on the trends candidates can expect the exam to be conducted in the same month. NEET 2025 Exam Date: Age Restriction
The age restriction on NEET 2024 exam date are given below.
- The minimum age limit for the candidates to apply for NEET is 17 years as of December 31, 2025. Therefore the candidate must be born on or before December 31, 2008 to be applicable. This applies to all the categories as there are no relaxations even for the reserved category candidates.
- There is no upper age limit for NEET. Moreover, the candidates can appear for the exam as many times as they wish.
- For the candidates applying through th NRI quota, there is no upper age limit.
Note that the candidates who are above 25 years of age were not eligible for NEET UG exam initially. Students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwD categories were given a relaxation of 5 years. However, in March 2022 the Supreme Court of India eliminated the upper age limit across categories.
