NEW DELHI: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) or NEET-UG 2022 exam will be held between the third week of June and the first week of July, as indicated by the Times of India report. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is relied upon to deliver the NEET UG 2022 test date soon on the authority site, neet.nta.nic.in.
This year, the NTA will conduct the national level engineering entrance exam, Joint Entrance Examination ( JEE Main 2022 ), in April and May. This year, engineering aspirants will get just get two possibilities and not four attempts to appear in JEE Main 2022.
“According to the underlying conversation between officials of MoE and ministry of health, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) or NEET-UG will be conducted between the third week of June and the first week of July,” the report said.
Last year, the NEET question paper had 180 multiple choice questions from physics, chemistry, and biology. Each subject had two sections. Section A consists of 35 questions and section B will have 15 questions, out of which students will have to answer only 10.
Over 15 lakh aspirants who aspire to become doctors appear for NEET, consistently. According to the reports, NEET-UG 2022 is relied upon to be led on any Sunday between the last week of June and the first week of July.
NEET 2022 will be conducted in the pen and paper mode for admission to 89,395 MBBS, 27,948 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, 603 BVSc and AH seats including 1,899 AIIMS and 249 JIPMER seats will be allowed.
The Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya chose to postpone NEET PG 2022. According to the new dates declared by the National Board of Examinations (NBE), NEET PG 2022 test will presently be led on May 21. Up-and-comers can now apply for the NEET PG 2022 test till March 25, 2022, at nbe.edu.in.
In other news, the Medical Counseling Committee ( MCC ) on Saturday requested that the states update the state NEET-UG, PG directing dates. The choice comes after the MCC expanded the NEET Counseling dates after the Supreme Court’s request.
