How to Fill the NEET Application Form 2025?

The National Testing Agency has begun the application process for the NEET 2025 Examination. Step III: Fill in all the details asked such as the Candidate’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, State of Eligibility, Category, Mobile Number, Email ID, etc.

Step IV: Now create a password as per the given specifications which will be used for all future login. Retype the same, enter a security question, and choose the answer. Candidates are advised to keep the security question and answer safe as this may be required to retrieve the password in case a candidate forgets it.

Step V: The authorities will send a provisional application number after the registration process. This will be the user ID that will be used at the time of login.

NEET 2025 Application form

Step VI: Now the candidates will have to fill out the NEET application form 2025 by providing all the personal information, educational details (Pass status, Year of passing/appearance, Place of schooling, Type of school/college, Qualifying examination state, Qualifying examination district, School board, Result mode, etc.), qualifying exam, and contact details.

Step VII: Now select the medium of the question paper as the NEET Exam will be conducted in 13 languages. And then select the exam city.

Step VIII: After filling in all the details carefully candidates need to verify all the details by clicking on each section. Without ticking on the particular details candidates will not be allowed to proceed forward. Photograph and Signature

Step IX: Now the candidates will have to upload their photographs and signatures. The authority has also released the size and format of the photograph and signature that are to be uploaded. The photograph must be passport-size with a white background having the name of the candidate and the date of the photograph underneath the image. The size of the file should be 10 kb to 200 kb in JPEG format. Signature: This must be done with a black ink pen on white paper and should be scanned to a file with size 4 kb to 30 kb in JPG format.

Step X: At the end, the candidates will have to pay the application fee through net banking or credit card/debit card. The students are informed that the NEET application form 2025 fees vary for general, OBC/ST/SC, and EWS categories.

NEET UG 2025 Application form fee for the general category is Rs 1700, for the EWS category is Rs 1600, for the OBC category is Rs 1600. And for the SC/ST category, it is Rs 1000.
