The National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) 2022 notification and application form will be released soon by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on the official website of NEET- The NEET apllication process was expected to start in January. Still, it may begin in March. The NEET examination could be conducted in June as it was pushed because of the Covid-19 situation.

Will NEET 2022 test be doubly?
NEET candidate have increased demand to conduct the medical entrance exam twice a time to give students an extra chance. The demand to conduct NEET twice a year got stronger after several self-murders of medical applicants due to performance pressure.

The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health discussed last time whether to conduct the NEET exam twice a timeStill, no final decision has been made yet.

NEET 2022 test pattern:
The NEET 2022 test is anticipated to be held on the new test pattern offering internal choices to medical applicants.

The Neet exam expected  to consist of 200 questions out of which candidate will have to attempt 180 questions. The NEET exam will  be divided into three sections – Physic, Chemistry anf Biology, with a total of 720 marks.

Out of the total of 200 questions, 100 will be in the biology section, which is compulsory to attempt, 50 questions each will be from Physics and Chemistry. Medical aspirants have to attempt 35 questions from Physics and Chemistry section each. They will be eligible for four marks for every correct answer and one negitive marks for  every wrong question.
