NTA on NEET postponement:
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2021, was scheduled to be held on the 12th of September but the aspirants started raising voices for the postponement of the exam due to the fear of the Covid-19 pandemic and traveling hindrances. To this, the National Testing Agency (NTA) issued a notice that there won’t be any further postponements in the examination and that the examination will be taken on the scheduled date i.e 12 th of September 2021.
Candidates still in support of postponement:
Few candidates are still raising voices because of the ICAR exam that is to be held on 13 th of September which is only 1 day after NEET and thus the candidates say that it would make traveling from one center to the other a major problem for them. They are hence in the support of postponement of the exam.
Students in support of the decision:
The majority of the candidates stand in support of the decision. They say that the Exam is perfectly scheduled and that the paper pattern will also benefit them this academic year. They say that since only a few days are left for the exam, they have started their tight preparation and hence do not will to wait for any news of postponement as the news will affect the study and enable procrastination.
