Introduction
In the past, we have lost young Medical students from Tamil Nadu state. They have committed suicides because of fear of failure in qualifying for the NEET exam that is held for medical students of India to take admissions in medical colleges of India or abroad.
That’s why the Tamil nadu government has taken a step to oppose the national entrance cum eligibility test (NEET) in Tamilnadu as well as other states with the help of other leadership.
On Monday, a delegation of tamil nadu MPs including North Chennai lok sabha member kalanidhi veeraswami and Rajya sabha member T.K.S Elangovan are called on by chief minister of Andhra Pradesh Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.
They opposed the letter of Tamilnadu chief minister M.K Stalin on the national entrance cum eligibility test (NEET).
NEET 2021: About the letter
The letter which was opposed by everyone mentioned that the admission policy for the medical students that is NEET is against the federal spirit of india. It is also undermining the rights of the state.
Statement of tamil nadu MPs
The MPs of Tamilnadu state have given a reasonable explanation to the letters written by M.K. Stalin. The chief minister of tamilnadu has written a letter to all the states that are controlled by non BJP Leaders to get their support against the center. The central government intrudes into the admission procedure of medical colleges that are set up by the state governments.
Thus, the non-bjp states together are trying to reach a conclusion on this problem.
Conclusion
