The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) who manages to counsel for all India quota NEET counseling 2021 and 2021, has issued an important warning to UG medical candidates and advised them to be wary of fake agents and allotment documents issued under their names. MCC has clarified they don’t issue allotment documents to candidates directly. If the candidate is chosen they have to download their allotment letters for the provisional period via the MCC website at www.mcc.nic.in. It is also recommended not to give their counseling passwords to anyone, and mcc.nic.in is the sole website that offers NEET AIQ counseling. This is because the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued advice to medical candidates to take part in the counseling session during NEET-UG. National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG). In the official notice issued by the MCC applicants should not believe any false agent and to complete all registrations and the NEET 2021 selection filling process on their official website at mcc.nic.in.
NEET UG Counselling 2021: The Counselling Advisory:
The counseling committee has stated that if candidates receive an email from a fake website or an agent, they must inform the MCC and submit the FIR (First Information Report) to the police. MCC will allocate seats for MBBS/BDS in accordance with NEET-UG merits and the selection of colleges occupied by students. Following the NEET seat allocation, students who were shortlisted must download allotment letters on the official website. Students must be aware of any correspondence from other sources. Candidates should be aware of fake agents and should comply with the guidelines available on the MCC official website. The password generated during NEET counseling registration is not to be divulged to anyone. In the event that an aspirant is involved with a fake site or agent, the person should contact MCC.
“MCC does not allocate seats on a nomination basis. It is also stated the fact that there are no official letters issued by MCC from DGHS to students who have been successful. Students who have been granted seats by MCC are required to download Provisional Allotment Letters on the MCC website and then report to the colleges that have been allotted to them for admission. So, students should be wary of any correspondence issued by scrupulous individuals for the benefit of MCC regarding the allocation of seats. Candidates must be wary of fake agents; they are also advised to carry out the registration process on the website on their own instead of hiring an agent for the same purpose,” the official statement stated.
Candidates shouldn’t share the password to their counseling sessions with anyone else, the MCC stated. Mcc.nic.in is the sole website that offers NEET AIQ counseling and candidates should be aware of websites that are fake according to the statement. The MCC hasn’t started the NEET 2021 counseling process as of yet. The official announcement and info bulletin are made available on the official website when and when it is released.
