Candidates can now register for NEET SS 2021 exam from September 14 to October 4. NBA has released Information brochures on NBA official websites natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in. NEET SS 2021 exam is to be held on 13th and 14th November.
New Delhi: The exam dates for NEET SS 2021 have been announced by the National Board of examination (NBE). Candidates can now begin their registration process from September 14, 2021. The last date for submission of the application form is October 4, 2021. The National Eligibility Entrance Test Super Specialty is held for seeking admission in the DM/Mch courses. NEET SS is held as a single entrance examination by NBE. The exam is scheduled to be held on 13 and 14th November for various groups. The information brochure for NEET SS 2021 exam with scheduled dates is released on NBE official websites – natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in.

“For eligibility criteria, instructions, qualifications, scheme of the examination, prior entry feeder eligibility qualification for different specialty courses approved by the National Medical Commission and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and other details, candidates who are willing to appear in NEET SS 2021 can visit the official websites of NBE – natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in,” a statement released by NBE.
NEET SS 2021 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
For NEET SS 2021 exam, candidates must have a post-graduate medical degree (MS/MD/DNB) from a recognised Institution. Candidates who possess a Provisional Pass Certificate or equivalent qualification are also eligible to apply for NEET SS examination. The mode of filling NEET SS 2021 application form is online only. In the registration process candidates have to enter their details such as Name, Date of Birth, Father’s Name, Email Id, Mobile Number to create a Registration Id and after login using the credentials, candidates have to provide further details of education, choosing exam center and super specialty courses.
NEET SS 2021 APPLICATION FEE
The Exam fee Rs 3750/- which includes the Examination Fee and Information bulletin. The Exam fee is common for all the candidates. The registration fees can be paid using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet banking issued by banks of India.
A candidate can choose a maximum of two super specialty courses. Candidates must download the NEET SS 2021 Admit card before the scheduled exam date.
NEET SS 2021 EXAM PATTERN
Each Super Specialty course has a separate question paper. The question paper comprises two parts – Part 4 with 40 MCQs and Part B with 60 MCQs. The total number of questions in each question paper is 100. Part A carries 40% while Part B carries 60% weightage. All the questions in the exam will be at PG Exit Level. One mark will be deducted for an incorrect response and 4 marks will be given for each correct response. The total marks for all these questions is 160. The time allotted for NEET SS 2021 Exam with one super specialty course is 1 hour 45 minutes and 3 hours and 30 minutes for two super specialty courses. The examination on November 13 will be conducted in two shifts – Morning shift and Afternoon shift. Morning shift will be from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and afternoon shift will begin at 2 a.m. and will end at 4:30 p.m. The examination on November 14 will have only one shift – 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
