MCC has warned medical aspirants against fake public notices claiming that the last date for admission against NEET UG special vagrant vacancy round is January 20.
New Delhi: The Medical Counseling Committee has warned medical aspirants against a fake public notice being widely circulated on the special stray vacancy round admission last date. The fake notice dated January 10 states that the last date for admission against NEET UG Special Stray Vacancy Round for vacant MBBS and BDS seats of All India Quota, Central University, Central Institute and Deemed University quota is January 20, 2023.
“Since the Medical Counseling Committee is receiving representations from several states regarding extension of last date of admission for UG counseling 2022-23, the competent authorities have decided that the timings of AIQ counseling and state counseling should be same Wanted,” the fake notification saidIt further said that all the state counseling bodies are informed that the last date of admission for state quota seats has been extended till January 20.
However, rejecting the same, MCC has taken to its website to confirm that the notice being circulated is fake and medical aspirants are advised not to take cognizance of such fake letters and notices and share fake information with any other groups Asked to share or not share.
