NEET Bulletin (New Delhi, Bureau): CBSE again informed the supreme court on September 4,that the CBSE compartment exam will be conducted by the end of September 2020.
Supreme Court then further instructed the CBSE to submit affidavit by September 10 and mentioning the related process and detail to holding the compartment exam.
On concern of CBSE, Advocate Rupesh kumar told the bench of justices AM khanwilkar, Sanjiv Khanna, and Dinesh Maheshwari that CBSE has increased the number of exam center to 1,278. Earlier 40 student could sit but now only 12 will sit.
CBSE responded that notification regarding the same will be released soon. Council for the petitioner stated, “ The students will ultimately come in the category of failed student since exams will not be conducted by September and the student will not be able to apply for further studies
A total of 1,50,198 class 10 and 87,651 class 12 students will appear in the CBSE Compartment exam 2020.
